TracyMac has been featured twice by Radio One as a relationship expert for their Women's Empowerment audience, with over 15,000 attendees. She has keynoted their Healthy Wealthy and Wise Expo and partnered with the National Institute of Environmental Health for her Food, Folks, and Funds seminar. A lifelong public servant, Tracy has served on the boards of Families Together, Inc. of NC, the Wake County Public School System Business Alliance and is currently serving on the board of the Thrive Resource Center. She was awarded the Who's Who of Black Raleigh and Durham and received the Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc.'s "Everyday Heroes" award. Tracy is also a featured author for Wake County libraries.

 

A three-time bestselling and award-winning author, TracyMac has inspired countless lives through her books and coaching programs that promote self-discovery. Her personal life reflects her values—she has been happily married for over 30 years to Owen, a retired Navy veteran, and together they are proud parents of Jayda, who is pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Winston-Salem State University. TracyMac's love for music, her sense of humor, and her fun-loving personality balance her introvert-extrovert tendencies, making her a joyful and relatable presence.

 

In every aspect of her life, TracyMac exemplifies what it means to lead with grace, faith, and a deep love for people, all while encouraging others to pursue their God-given potential.

Tracy "TracyMac" McNeil is a vibrant and Christ-conscious leader, known for her deep wisdom, inclusivity, and infectious joy. She is the owner and Senior Fellow of TRACYMAC Solutions For Life Institute & Services, CEO of Peace Place, LLC and TRACYMAC Publishing. With a career that spans over 30 years in public service, ministry, and personal development, she radiates love and compassion while empowering others to discover their own brilliance. A graduate of Western International University with a degree in Behavioral Science and currently pursuing her Master of Practical Theology at Palmer School of Theology, TracyMac merges academic rigor with spiritual insight to uplift those around her.

TracyMac's impact extends beyond the pulpit and classroom. She is the architect and host of the Peace Place Podcast (formerly BWWP), where she creates a safe space for black women to find empowerment, healing, and community. Her podcast highlights mental, physical, and spiritual wellness, fostering authentic sisterhood and personal growth.

As a certified life coach through Coach Training Alliance, she has three life coaching certifications and is also trained in workplace and family mediation through Eckerd College. TracyMac brings a holistic approach to healing, blending her certifications as a national instructor in adult and youth Mental Health First Aid with over 17 years of pastoral care and chaplaincy experience. Her ordination since 1994 demonstrates her commitment to serving others spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.

TracyMac serves as the Pastor/Chaplain of Peace Place For Me Community, a virtual space where God's love thrives in an inclusive, interfaith, and interdenominational setting. The community’s mission is to promote spiritual and holistic growth, advancing the Kingdom of God, and creating a welcoming space for all. Offering pastoral care, spiritual counseling, and chaplain services, Peace Place For Me supports non-traditional individuals in non-traditional spaces, helping them embrace a more abundant and peaceful life.
