TRACY "TRACYMAC" MCNEIL

 TracyMac has been twice-featured by Radio One as their relationship expert for Women’s Empowerment audience of over 15,000, a keynote for their Healthy Wealthy and Wise Expo and she formed a partnership with the National Institute of Environmental Health to present her Food, Folks and Funds health and wealth seminar for Women’s Health Awareness Day. She is lifelong public servant and is an active member on the board of directors for Families Together, Inc. of NC and serves on Wake County Public School System Business Alliance Board. Awarded Who’s Who of Black Raleigh and Durham, she received the Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. “Everyday Heroes” award and is a featured author for Wake County libraries. TracyMac is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and resides in Wake County with her husband Owen of 30+ years and their daughter Jayda.

 

A thought leader, transformational speaker/teacher, a consultant for women and minority owned businesses, public schools, leadership teams and social change agents, she is a fun and effective personal and professional development strategist. The author of three Amazon bestselling and award winning books: The Book of Purpose, Relationships: Nothing But The Truth and Thought Systems, her literary works set positive change ablaze within personal and professional relationships, corporate trainings and higher education.

 

At the core of TracyMac’s mission is self-discovery: purpose - helping people discover who they are here to be, mission - what they are here to do and passion – the bold enthusiasm to optimize soft skills and do so with marked excellence. She not only helps her clients get consistent and sustainable results, she certifies coaches and mental health first aiders - empowering their lives, workplaces and communities using their “wow factors” as well.

Tracy “TracyMac” McNeil, known as “The Life Solutionist” blends her twenty-nine years of experience with federal, state and local governments, the private sector, educational and non-profit organizations and being an ordained elder (teacher), since 1998, and more than 17-years of pastoral care and chaplain experiences into her expertise as a certified life coach and consultant. A 20+ years life coach, which began in Okinawa Japan in 2004, TracyMac is the owner and Senior Fellow of TRACYMAC Solutions For Life Institute - Coaching & Consulting, CEO of Peace Place, LLC and TRACYMAC Publishing and created Black Women’s World Podcast & Videocast (2020) which has published over 150+ episodes. She attended Winston Salem State University and later earned her degree in Behavioral Science from Western International University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and currently pursuing her Master of Practical Theology at Palmer School of Theology. She is a graduate of Coach Training Alliance and a Certified Master Life Strategist with KAIROS Institute of Personal Discovery. She is also a certified conflict resolution trainer of MTI Eckerd College is a dually certified in Adult and

Youth Mental Health First Aid, independent national instructor. Over the years TracyMac has taught and advised through various ministry platforms along with local and international organizations. She is a humble and gifted servant of God with the desire and compassion is to do the will of God while providing good deeds that promote peace.
